☁️ Cloud Gifts Delivery Information

We use Australia Post to ensure your Pokémon treasures arrive safely and securely. All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel's journey from our clouds to your door.

🕒 Processing & "Scoop" Times

  • Lucky Scoops: If you have ordered a Lucky Scoop, your order will be "scooped" within 1-3 business days of your purchase.

  • Packing Videos: If you purchased a "Record My Scoop" add-on, your order will be shipped once the video has been filmed and processed.

  • Pre-Orders: Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in one bundle once all items in your order are in stock. Please check the specific product page for estimated arrival dates.

📦 Shipping Rates & Estimates (Australia Only)

We offer two flat-rate shipping options via Australia Post:

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Regional and remote areas (WA, NT, and TAS) may take slightly longer.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and scanned by Australia Post, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website or app.

⚠️ Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once the parcel has been dispatched.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: While we pack every order with "cloud-like" care, sometimes things happen in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.

  • Safe Drop: By default, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place. Cloud Gifts is not responsible for parcels stolen after a successful delivery/safe drop has been recorded by the courier.
