Are the Pokémon packs opened?

No! All Pokémon booster packs we include are 100% factory sealed and authentic.
We never open packs, everything comes straight from the source, sealed and untouched.


Which Pokémon TCG sets do you use in your scoops?

All sealed booster packs in our scoops come from 10 of the newest and most current Pokémon TCG series.
We only use factory-sealed, authentic packs — never old or out-of-print sets.

🎥 What is the Video Add-On?

The Video Add-On lets you get a cute TikTok video of your actual scoop being made and packed!
We film your scoop, the bead prizes, and your final packaging, then post it on our social media! Some freebies may be added as a thank you for purchasing a video!!

Must be purchased with a scoop.


📦 Packaging

All items in your order are packed into one box or mailer by default.
If you want items packed separately (for gifts), just leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate!


🚚 Processing & Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders: 2–4 business days

  • Orders with Video Add-On: 5–7 business days (extra filming time)

Shipping:

  • Shipping times vary by location (usually 3–7 business days)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

  • We can ship to Parcel Lockers, please ensure you enter the accurate Parcel Locker numbers (AusPost Parcel Locker only)

📭 Lost Packages / Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address, email, and phone number at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or wrong address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local courier first. If you still need help, email us — we’ll do our best to assist.


Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final due to the mystery nature of our products.
If you need to cancel before your order ships, email us immediately — we may be able to help depending on the situation.
Once shipped, cancellations/refunds are not possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
